Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent base to explore the area between Amalfi, Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples. The hostess was very welcoming - we got some fresh tomatoes from her garden, some basilicum and pasta to get us started. The appartement is well equipped, along with a large outside dining table facing the lovely garden with lemon and olive trees, and a small swimming pool that our sones loved and that was cleaned every morning. The location is on the edge of the nice village of Pimonte, with an amazing view on the Vesuvius and the bay area from the garden - especially in the evening. It is less than 10 minutes walking to one of the local restaurants (Da Silvia) where you can enjoy authentic Italian food on a large terrace with a view on the surrounding region.
Negative: Nothing, to be honest. Just consider that you need a car to get around the area. We wished we could stay a bit longer than the 6 days that we planned.

Positive: Very beautiful place on top of a mountainside with great panoramic view of Vesuvio and Napoli Gulf. Deadend of a road, very calm place. it's about 800m above sea level (my guess) temperature a bit more pleasant and fresher. Friendly owner and lovely garden with deliciuos veggies. There's a pool, but i never tried it. Parking spot not big, but ok and for italian parking standarts is perfect. Flat is in a 1st of 4 or 5 floor building with it's terrace and shared yard with other flat. Spacious flat has big kitchen and main room combined, two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms. Mind you that it's suited for a guest who comes here by car. Since it's on a mountainside, to get there you gotta drive a twisted mountain road to it. Since i'm a regular european driver, it was a bit shock how local drives in all of this region. You better be prepared that everybody got they own rules here. If you coming here from Naples airport or other places, pay couple euros for better roads, dont choose free taxless ways, it takes too much time and too much chaos in small towns. All places you want to visit is easy reachable (Vesuvio, Amalfi, Sorento, Napoli) Castellamare di stabia is 15 min away and you can use a good train system from there
Negative: Couldn't connect to wifi, but i didn't tried too hard to fix this issue, so it's more on me.
